That creates opportunity for sellers who price and prep correctly, and for buyers who are ready to act decisively when a desirable, competitively priced home hits the market.
Key Insight from today's listings
Quick interest: Newer/attractive listings like 9119 Sendera Dr (listed $1,250,000) went pending in just 2 days, while mid-range homes such as 8911 Diamante Dr ($699,000, DOM 7), 9322 Sendera Dr ($799,000, DOM 6) and 9610 Sendera Dr ($675,000, DOM 8) are getting fast traction. That confirms buyers are laser-focused on move-in-ready properties in that mid band.
