Days on market are all over the map — from 1–7 days for new showstoppers to many listings sitting 100+ days — signaling opportunity for both sides depending on pricing and condition.

Key Insight from today's listings

  • New/high-interest supply: Recent showings include high-end properties listed within the last week — 39414 Lago Dr at $1.95M (DOM 1), 10703 Clubhouse Cir at $1.299M (DOM 2), 9119 Sendera Dr at $1.25M (DOM 2), plus several $1M+ homes with single-digit DOM. These are fresh choices for well-qualified buyers and will attract immediate attention.
  • Value pockets persist: There are move-in-ready, lower-priced homes under $400K–$750K (for example, 3964 Eagle Nest Lake Ln at $379,900; 8741 Lookout Peak Ln at $394,999; multiple 2020s-built homes in the low $300s–$400s). Consider lots and acreage if you value long-term privacy and resale resilience.
